## Description

AGKB is a sports association led by Nelson Dias Filho, known as Nelsinho A.G.K.B., whose work promotes physical activity and community well-being in Guarulhos, Brazil. With a focus on martial arts, the association offers kickboxing classes and encourages participation in sport as a way to improve quality of life. Its students describe benefits including greater fitness, strength, coordination, flexibility, confidence, discipline, and everyday energy. AGKB welcomes prospective students to try a class at its headquarters on Rua Santa Teresa, 55, in Vila Milton. Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with sessions from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Beyond training, AGKB supports sports initiatives across different disciplines and organizes social events intended to contribute to the local community. Its activities include recognition of sporting merit and social commitment, as well as Movimentta Mulher, a project celebrating women’s contributions. The association also presents the Top 20 Mulheres que Fortalecem award, recognizing women who inspire others and make a difference in society.
