## Description

Agoy is a children’s yoga provider based in Næstved, Denmark, offering playful, age-adapted sessions for children aged 3 to 16. Its approach combines movement, learning and development through play: rather than expecting children to practise yoga like adults, Agoy invites them into an imaginative world designed around their age and needs. Sessions are open to children of all experience levels and make room for activity, laughter, connection and calm.

Agoy offers distinct programmes for preschool children aged 3–6, schoolchildren aged 7–11, and teenagers aged 12–16. The activities are shaped for each group, with themes including “From Seed to Sprout” for younger children, “The Whole Child” for school-age participants, and finding calm amid life’s challenges for teenagers. Agoy also visits childcare institutions, schools and after-school programmes, and can organise small-group courses tailored to children’s ages and needs. A school-age session described for October 2026 provides a small, safe setting for children to unwind, notice their bodies and enjoy quiet moments; the group is limited to six, at 100 Danish kroner per session.
