## Description

AGRAFT, the Granada Association of Friends of the Railway and Tramway, is a cultural and recreational organization for people who share an interest in trains, railways, and tramways. It brings together enthusiasts of all ages to enjoy the subject through social, educational, and creative activities. Based in Maracena, a short distance from a metro stop, the association welcomes visitors and invites new members to take part.

AGRAFT’s activities include building a model railway, organizing local excursions, and arranging technical visits to places connected with railway operations. Members also pursue railway research by exploring sites for historic remains, and take photographs and videos of trains. The association contributes to public understanding of rail and tram history through articles and collaboration with media outlets. Its news and events include book presentations, exhibitions, and activities highlighting railway heritage and campaigns related to rail services. AGRAFT offers a welcoming way for people to share their enthusiasm, learn about railway history, and spend time with others who enjoy trains.
