Agri Kulti is an independent non-profit economic company founded in 2010. Our primary focus is on sustainable rural development, research on rural-urban relationships, and gastronomy. We specialize in the research, modeling, and implementation of sustainable food chains. Since 2011, we have been operating in the intersecting fields of sustainable agriculture and gastronomy. Our main goal is to strengthen rural-urban relationships by establishing short supply chains that are ecologically and economically viable. We develop and implement research projects based on innovative, business-oriented models of sustainable value chains. We provide solutions for HORECA sector players, offer advice to local municipalities, and create for-profit ventures. Our team consists of experts in various fields, including psychology, environmental economics, biology, medicine, sociology, and agriculture. With our expertise and experience, we actively participate in international collaborations, primarily in Horizon2020 research programs. At Agri Kulti, we believe in the potential of small-scale economies and their ability to sustainably provide for rural areas and cities while meeting high standards of quality and food safety.
