## Description

AgriNatura Foundation is a Polish nonprofit organization focused on biodiversity in agriculture, sustainable rural development, and food sovereignty. Its work promotes environmentally responsible farming and helps communities preserve traditional knowledge and local food culture. A central initiative is the restoration of traditional orchards, where high-stem trees grow old varieties of apples, pears, cherries, and plums. The foundation supports orchard planting and provides training for participating landowners.

AgriNatura also delivers educational projects, workshops, publications, and international exchanges. Its activities address pesticide risks and organic farming, biodiversity protection, waste reduction, environmental education, and access to European green funding. Recent projects have connected Polish experts and organic farms with women farmers and activists in Georgia, sharing practical ways to reduce pesticide use and adopt ecological methods. Other initiatives use digital tools to support rural women and encourage young people’s involvement in sustainable development.

Through these projects and partnerships, the foundation brings together farmers, residents, educators, and organizations.
