## Description

AgriTech North is a local grocery and agricultural technology business based in Dryden, Ontario, serving Northwestern Ontario. It offers pesticide-free vegetables, fresh herbs, small fruiting crops, meats, and grocery staples, with options for pickup, local delivery, and shipping. Customers can also shop for gift cards and Indigenous products.

The company focuses on providing high-quality, nutritious leafy greens, herbs, and fruiting crops throughout the year to support regional food security. Its vertical hydroponic farming system is designed to use 90% less water and 60% fewer nutrients than conventional and organic farming methods, without pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. AgriTech North says its hydroponically grown produce can yield up to three times as much as conventional methods.

Alongside retail, the organization lists equipment, services, and research and development among its offerings. Its social mission is to reduce fresh produce costs in Far North Indigenous communities by 25% and improve year-round availability. AgriTech North operates a retail store at 250 Duke Street in Dryden and serves communities including Kenora and Sioux Lookout.
