## Description

ProduCirc is a Canadian product stewardship and recycling service operated by the Product Care Association, a federally incorporated nonprofit organization. Since 1994, the association has worked to protect the environment by providing accessible recycling solutions and responsible product management across Canada. Its programs operate in nine provinces, with accepted materials and services varying by location.

Through the website, residents can find nearby collection points and check what can be recycled in their province or territory. Programs cover leftover paint, household hazardous waste and other special or dangerous products, lamps and light bulbs, and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Some locations also accept pressurized fuel and propane containers, light fixtures, decorative light strings, and non-PCB ballasts.

ProduCirc also offers PaintShare, a free way to pass on usable leftover paint for other projects. The organization provides information and resources for its members and service partners, including documents, forms, product-fee guides, training videos, and communications materials.
