Arab-German Young Academy (AGYA) is a dynamic and collaborative platform that brings together exceptional scholars from Arab countries and Germany to address common challenges through sustainable research cooperation. With a diverse range of disciplines and backgrounds, AGYA members work together to develop innovative solutions and explore interdisciplinary research projects. AGYA offers its 60 members the unique opportunity to develop and implement their ideas, visions, and projects within the framework of Arab-German research collaboration.

The academy is committed to fostering dialogue and exchange between Arab and German scholars, enabling them to collaboratively tackle issues related to changing realities, sustainability, public health and medicine, heritage and histories, empowerment and diversity, technologies and smart solutions, intercultural mobilities, and paths of knowledge production. Through their research projects, AGYA members strive to make a positive impact on society, from studying societal change in South Lebanon to creating databases of educational settings in Iraq. Additionally, AGYA organizes annual conferences, publishes books and articles, and produces science communication materials such as videos and podcasts.
