## Description

Ahmadian Counselling is a British Columbia-based mental health practice led by Sara Ahmadian, a Registered Clinical Counsellor. The practice offers holistic, personalized support for people navigating chronic illness, ADHD, immigration-related challenges, and experiences within BIPOC communities. Counselling is available in Farsi and English, online across the Lower Mainland, and in person in Burnaby and Vancouver.

Individual counselling provides a supportive space to understand emotions, identify personal needs and goals, and work through uncertainty and life changes. Sara describes her approach as collaborative and grounded in humility, recognizing that each person’s values, identity, and experiences shape their path toward healing and growth. Her own experiences as an immigrant, a woman of colour, a neurodivergent person, and someone living with chronic illness inform her understanding of clients’ challenges.

The practice also offers tailored workshops for organizations, with practical insights and skills to support growth. In addition, Back to the Present is a free mindfulness program featuring guided meditations.
