A HOPE, Inc. (Animal Health Outreach Prevention Education) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Milton, Florida, serving Santa Rosa County and nearby communities. Its mission is to keep pets and people together by educating the community about responsible companion-animal ownership and proper care of community cats. The organization works to prevent unnecessary euthanasia by expanding access to affordable sterilization and vaccination services, rescue support, and community outreach.
