## Description

CID Aïkido Alsace is the interdepartmental committee representing and promoting Aikido and related disciplines across Alsace, including the Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin departments. Affiliated with the French Federation of Aikido, Aikibudo and Affinity (FFAAA), the committee supports local clubs and practitioners and helps connect people with opportunities to practice through a directory and map of clubs.

Its activities include organizing workshops, technical and teaching courses, and examinations, as well as sharing a calendar of events and information about grading. The committee also provides resources for clubs, including guidance on club creation and statutes, membership fees, and administrative matters. Practitioners can find information about requesting a passport, while clubs and visitors can access details about the committee, its technical college, members, and Aikido-related links.

CID Aïkido Alsace publishes news and introductions to instructors involved in its events, and shares photographs and practical information. Based in Strasbourg, it offers contact channels for enquiries and maintains Facebook and Instagram pages to keep the regional Aikido community informed.
