## Description

The Aikido Association Germany e.V. (AAG e.V.) is a recognized non-profit organization established in 2006, dedicated to promoting the Japanese martial art of Aikido across Germany. Officially acknowledged by the Aikikai Hombu Dojo in 2019, the AAG serves as a national network for enthusiasts of Aikido, fostering a community grounded in friendship and mutual respect. Aikido itself, founded by Morihei Ueshiba in the 1920s, emphasizes harmony and movement, aiming to unite the mind and body through its practice.

The AAG provides comprehensive resources for practitioners, including a directory of certified dojos, training schedules, and seminars led by high-ranking instructors such as Dirk Müller Shihan. It follows the guidelines established by the international Aikikai Foundation, ensuring a consistent and quality training experience in the art of Aikido. By supporting both beginners and advanced practitioners, the Aikido Association Germany plays a vital role in the growth and evolution of this peaceful martial art throughout the country.
