# Aïkido traditionnel à Chaponost - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `aikido-traditionnel-chaponost.fr` ## Description Aïkido traditionnel à Chaponost is a dojo offering traditional aikido instruction in Chaponost, France. Open since 2015, it holds classes twice a week under the direction of Romain Cosentino. Sessions take place on Mondays and Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the Cercle Wushu 69 premises in the Zone des Troques, with access from nearby communities including Brignais, Francheville, Oullins and Saint-Genis-Laval. The dojo presents aikido as both a Japanese martial art and a path of personal development. Drawing on techniques from traditional Japanese martial arts, particularly aiki-jujutsu, its practice develops movement, positioning and the ability to respond to an opponent’s force. The discipline can support self-defence and help practitioners approach stress and conflict, while also encouraging greater awareness of body and mind. Classes welcome people with varied goals and abilities, and participants can adapt the intensity of their practice. With no competition, students can focus on their own progress. Free trial classes are available for those interested in discovering the practice. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Martial Arts _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/aikidochaponost) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idevCgBAEF/w/471/h/175/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792834503320) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Tamarillo | #9b1c10 | accent | | Night Rider | #200f0f | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - -apple-system — asset _(system)_ - -apple-system — asset _(system)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
