## Description

Aikido Kraków Aikikai is a Kraków-based aikido school with more than 30 years of experience. Founded in 1996 by Sensei Dariusz Zięba, 7th Dan Aikikai and Shihan, the dojo offers regular training at the TS Wisła club. Its programme introduces students to aikido, a Japanese martial art that emphasizes movement, awareness and non-aggression, alongside physical practice and personal development.

The school welcomes children, teenagers, working adults and seniors, and says people can join regardless of age, gender or fitness level. Training can support general fitness, body awareness, concentration, confidence and stress relief, while children’s classes also encourage healthy habits and social connections. The school provides information about class schedules, enrollment and examination requirements, and organizes seminars, including Saturday sessions. It is affiliated with Sansuikai International, founded by Sensei Yoshimitsu Yamada, 8th Dan Aikikai, under the Aikikai Foundation in Tokyo. Prospective students can contact the school directly to ask about training and registration.
