# Aikido Martial Arts Centre - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `aikidomartialartscentre.com.au` ## Description Aikido Martial Arts Centre is a martial arts and wellness school in South East Melbourne, offering training for people of all ages and skill levels. Led by Steve Ng, a fifth Dan Aikido instructor with more than 35 years of martial arts experience, the centre provides a supportive setting focused on personal development, confidence and mental resilience. Its Aikido classes develop strength and flexibility through a practice that emphasises non-aggression and self-defence, including joint locks and throws. Students can also learn Choy Li Fut, a dynamic Chinese martial art featuring powerful strikes and fluid movements to build agility and self-defence skills. Qi Gong combines breathing techniques with gentle movements to support mental clarity, vitality and inner peace. For those seeking focused fitness training, personal training programs use targeted strength and conditioning exercises to improve core strength, flexibility and overall fitness. The centre takes a holistic approach, incorporating physical practice alongside mental clarity and stress relief. Classes run throughout the week, with scheduling intended to accommodate busy lifestyles. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Martial Arts _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/CAFCentre) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/steve_aikido) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idC5Ob8nvh/w/200/h/190/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793554870821) - icon _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idC5Ob8nvh/w/159/h/159/theme/dark/icon.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793554871000) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Silver Chalice | #a2a2a2 | accent | | Black | #000000 | dark | | Malibu | #8ed1fc | light | ## Fonts - Oswald — asset _(google)_ - -apple-system — asset _(system)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
