## Description

AiKochi is an ambulatory guidance practice in Zeerijp, Groningen, led by Karin and focused on supporting children, teenagers and their parents. Its mission is to help young people feel more balanced and confident by recognising their own qualities, talents and possibilities. The practice offers accessible, short-term support that places the child or teenager at the centre, rather than defining them by a problem or behaviour. Karin works with care, attention and an open, positive, solution-focused approach, helping young people explore what they would like to change and find practical ways to manage difficult situations. Support is available for concerns such as anxiety, low confidence, family separation, grief, ADHD or ADD, high sensitivity, sleep difficulties, bullying and concentration challenges. AiKochi also offers individual guidance for children, teenagers and parents, as well as parent training, workshops and programmes including KIES for children affected by divorce, Rots en Water, Ik Leer Anders, reflex integration and Geweldloos Verzet.
