AIM Center for Independent Living, also known as AIM-CIL, is a brand that focuses on achieving independence and mobility for individuals with disabilities. They offer a variety of products and services to empower persons with disabilities to effectively control and direct their lives. Their core services include training, community development, and advocacy, which enable persons with disabilities to fully participate in family, social, and community life.

In addition to their core services, AIM-CIL provides other services such as the Community Reintegration Program, Senior Health Insurance Program, and Personal Assistant services. For individuals with hearing or visual impairments, AIM-CIL offers specialized services to meet their unique needs. They also have a Youth Services program that supports young individuals with disabilities.

In order to enhance educational goals, AIM-CIL has developed an Educational Scholarship Program for individuals with disabilities in the DuPage, Kane, and Kendall County Service areas. This program provides financial assistance for post-secondary education or vocational/trade school. Scholarships are awarded based on eligibility criteria, and applicants are required to submit a one-page essay on Independent Living and their educational goals.
