## Description

AI Mad Lab is a developer-first community focused on artificial intelligence and described as the fastest-growing AI developer community in the Nordics. It brings together founders, software and AI engineers, researchers, students, and venture investors for regular opportunities to learn and connect. Its monthly meetups, hosted at Startuplab, feature talks on applied AI and welcome more than 150 developers. The community also organizes hackathons, summits, and VC dinners, with events listed through its Luma calendar.

For early-stage technical founders, AI Mad Lab runs Mad House, an invite-only hacker house designed to help teams build momentum and pursue opportunities in San Francisco. The program offers access to funding, AI engineers, distribution, and desks for six months, with no cost or equity taken. Participants work on their products, receive weekly group reviews, and prepare to apply to Y Combinator and present at Demo Day. Mad House typically seeks technical teams with an initial product and early traction, and applications are reviewed for clarity and measurable progress.
