AIM - Imagine Salina is dedicated to shaping the future of aviation maintenance through its Aviation Innovation and Maintenance (AIM) Center of Excellence. This six-week pre-apprenticeship program offers hands-on training in essential areas of aviation maintenance, including sheet metal, composites, electronics, and avionics. Led by experienced instructors with extensive industry backgrounds, students gain practical skills and earn competency-based microcredentials in collaboration with Kansas State University-Salina. 

With a commitment to fostering new talent, AIM provides networking opportunities with industry leaders and pathways for further education and employment in aviation maintenance. The program runs multiple cohorts throughout the year, with the next cohort beginning on October 28th. For just $200, participants can embark on a rewarding career in the dynamic field of aviation.
