Aircraft in Pixels, created by Bo Monroe, is a unique brand blending fine art, technology, and a passion for aviation history. With a background in game design and programming, Bo has channeled his lifelong obsession with scale modeling into producing high-quality 3D detail parts for scale model kits. Initially launched through Shapeways, Flugzeugwerke specializes in creating intricate parts for 1/32 scale Wingnut Wings WWI aircraft kits and has since expanded its offerings.

After the decline of Wingnut Wings, Bo pivoted to a dual focus that includes both physical model parts and a series of casual simulation video games where users assemble realistic model airplanes. Recently, Bo has embraced home 3D printing to revive and innovate his designs, including popular parts for the Airfix 1/24 Spitfire and 1/32 Albatros. Currently, patrons enjoy exclusive early access, while select items are becoming available to the broader public, ensuring that model enthusiasts can continue to elevate their projects.
