## Description

The Air Sickness Bag Museum is a virtual museum and collecting project devoted to airsickness bags, also known as barf bags. Launched in 1997, the site showcases a collection of 3,805 bags, most of them from airlines. Its range also includes bags associated with boats, trains, horror movies, video games, political campaigns, and banks, reflecting the collector’s interest in unexpected sources and designs. Visitors can browse the bag list, discover a featured “Random Bag of the Day,” and explore pages about people connected with airsickness bags. The museum also offers a “Worst Gift Ever” item: a $10 random bag from the collection. Presented with a playful, self-aware tone, the site describes the hobby as a waste of time—but a worthwhile one—and invites visitors to share in its appreciation of an unusual piece of travel and popular culture. The Air Sickness Bag Museum is an independent online destination for curious collectors and anyone interested in this distinctive form of ephemera.
