## Description

Airspace FTS is a Civil Aviation Authority-approved flight training organisation based at Wolverhampton Halfpenny Green Airport, near Birmingham in the West Midlands. Founded in 2011, the school provides pilot training and flying experiences for people taking their first flight, working towards a licence, or developing advanced skills. Its experienced instructors and support team draw on civilian, commercial and military flight training experience, while its Piper and Cessna fleet supports a broad range of courses.

Newcomers can book trial lessons or scenic flights, and aspiring pilots can train for the National Private Pilot Licence (NPPL) or Private Pilot Licence (PPL). Further options include night and instrument ratings, flight instructor training, and, following CAA approval, Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) training and other commercial programmes. The school also offers aircraft hire to qualified pilots.

Operating from EGBO, Airspace FTS presents the airport’s facilities and access to Midlands airspace as a practical setting for training.
