## Description

Airverity provides equipment monitoring designed for HVAC service contractors. Its system monitors furnaces, heat pumps and air conditioners, tracking operating data such as motor and compressor current, temperature, humidity, pressure and runtime. When readings move outside expected ranges, Airverity sends an alert to the contractor’s office, helping staff identify potential issues and contact customers before equipment failure causes discomfort or an emergency call.

The service is built around contractor-led communication: homeowners do not receive automated equipment warnings. Contractors decide how and when to follow up, enabling them to plan visits, prepare appropriate parts and maintain relationships with customers. Monitoring covers indoor and outdoor equipment across heating and cooling seasons. Runtime data can also support informed equipment-replacement discussions, while system readings may help identify developing problems such as capacitor degradation or filter loading.

Airverity aims to help contractors retain customers, reduce avoidable service costs and make visits more effective. The company is currently engineering commercial prototypes and inviting contractors and distributors to discuss pilot participation.
