## Description

Koulutus- ja Konsultointikeskus Aitologia Oy is a training and consultation organisation founded in part by Anastasia Kozlovski, a physician, cognitive psychotherapist, trainer psychotherapist and facilitator of constructive communication. Drawing on her experience in primary care, specialist healthcare and psychiatry, Kozlovski currently works in private practice. The organisation’s services include individual and couples psychotherapy, alongside training and supervision for professionals engaged in psychotherapeutic work.

Aitologia’s educational programmes cover schema therapy and couples schema therapy, with additional courses on psychotherapy, stress management, psychological flexibility, relationships and communication, mindfulness, emotional skills and other topics. Training may be offered online, and the centre also provides individual and group supervision. Its teaching themes include managing stress, building constructive connections, self-compassion and developing mental flexibility.

The site also presents information about cognitive psychotherapy and its applications, as well as a book on schema therapy, intended for both experienced and beginning practitioners and others interested in the approach. Aitologia brings together therapeutic services, professional education and practical resources focused on mental health and relationships.
