Association Aix'Qui? is a non-profit organization established in 1989 in Aix-en-Provence. Their main objective is to promote and facilitate access to artistic expression and cultural diffusion for young people. To fulfill this mission, they provide professional technical and human support to young amateur musicians, enabling them to develop their skills and creativity.

In addition to their work with young artists, Aix'Qui? also organizes the TPA Terre de Provence Amplifiée festival in collaboration with the Aix-Marseille Provence Metropolis. This local and FREE festival takes place in various locations within the Aix-Marseille metropolitan area and features a diverse and eclectic lineup of internationally renowned artists, as well as emerging talents from the Class'Eurock showcase. Moreover, Aix'Qui? operates the renowned Les Arcades restaurant, open Monday to Friday from 11 am to 3 pm.

Led by Chef Fred, the restaurant offers a culinary journey with dishes inspired by Creole, American, French, and Maghreb cuisines. Each day brings new discoveries, with a fixed dish and two daily specials, accompanied by three appetizers and three desserts.
