## Description

Ajax Resources Plc is a UK-listed natural resources investment company focused on acquiring and developing copper, gold and critical minerals assets across South America. The company seeks projects with a history of production, known but underdeveloped resources, and potential for further exploration in established mining jurisdictions, including Argentina, Brazil and Chile. Its portfolio includes the Eureka Gold & Copper Project, and its broader strategy combines exploration and project development with value-accretive acquisitions.

Ajax is supported by a strategic investment from Appian Capital Advisory, a mining-focused private equity group. The company says this backing positions it to advance its portfolio and pursue growth opportunities. Its Board-led team is described as strongly aligned with shareholders: directors and closely connected persons hold approximately 25% of the company’s issued share capital. Ajax provides investors with company announcements, financial reports, presentations and share information through its website. The company is headquartered in London and publishes news and investor materials about its activities and prospects.
