# AJDP - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `ajdp.org` ## Description The Associação de Jovens Diabéticos de Portugal (AJDP) is a Portuguese nonprofit social solidarity institution supporting young people living with diabetes and their families. Run entirely through the voluntary work of its directors and members, the association aims to challenge misconceptions about diabetes and help young people manage the condition with greater confidence and independence. AJDP connects members through activities that encourage peer support, learning and social inclusion. Its volunteers visit schools and companies to explain diabetes from the perspective of people who live with it and discuss how it can affect everyday life. The association also organizes holiday camps and group walks, offering opportunities to share experiences, enjoy outdoor activities and build friendships. Through its events and projects, AJDP helps young people learn from one another and feel less alone. The organization welcomes new volunteers, members and supporters, and invites people to contribute ideas for diabetes-related initiatives or campaigns. Individuals and businesses can also support its work through donations, partnerships and other forms of assistance. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - 🎗 Community and Society - ⛑ Health Conditions and Concerns _(under Health)_ - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/JovensDiabeticos) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/ajovensdiabeticosp) - [twitter](https://twitter.com/AjdpDiabetes) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id3qPONMyb/w/1080/h/1080/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790841291425) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id3qPONMyb/w/400/h/400/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790841291510) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Cerulean | #00adee | accent | | Congress Blue | #004188 | dark | | Malibu | #76c7f1 | light | ## Fonts - Inter — asset _(google)_ - Assistant — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
