## Description

Ajedrez y TDAH is an innovative project established in 2012 in Collado Villalba, Madrid, by the Club Ajedrez 64 Villalba and led by Luis Blasco de la Cruz. This initiative utilizes the game of chess as a therapeutic tool for individuals diagnosed with ADHD (TDAH). The project aims to enhance focus, cognitive skills, and social interaction among participants through structured chess lessons and activities.

Ajedrez y TDAH offers a range of programs tailored for both children and adults, providing regular classes that promote engaging learning experiences in a supportive environment. The team collaborates with various organizations, such as the APDE Sierra, to disseminate information about ADHD, including symptoms, detection, and treatment options. Through conferences and community outreach, they advocate for the benefits of educational chess in fostering social and cognitive development.

The club continues to be a vital resource for families in the region, focusing on building skills and confidence in individuals facing ADHD challenges through the strategic and thoughtful nature of chess.
