## Description

AJJF, or the American Judo and Jujitsu Federation, is a worldwide organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the Danzan Ryu system of Jujitsu and Judo. Founded by Henry Seishiro Okazaki in the 1920s in the Hawaiian Islands, Danzan Ryu Jujitsu is one of the most comprehensive and widely taught styles of Jujitsu in the United States. It not only encompasses effective self-defense techniques but also includes resuscitation, massage, and healing arts. The ultimate goal of Danzan Ryu Judo/Jujitsu is the development of character, achieved through retraining the body/mind relationship to replace fear with confidence. This sophisticated martial system cultivates the warrior-spirit in individuals, helping them become the best version of themselves. Through AJJF, martial arts practitioners have the opportunity to meet and connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for self-cultivation. Explore the world of Danzan Ryu and join the AJJF community to embark on a journey of personal growth and empowerment.
