## Description

DRC Gold Corp. is a gold exploration company focused on developing opportunities in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The company’s principal assets are the Giro and Nizi gold projects, both located in the prospective Kilo-Moto Greenstone Belt in the country’s northeast. DRC Gold has entered into arrangements to acquire interests of up to 65% in each project.

The Giro Gold Project comprises two exploitation permits covering approximately 497 square kilometres, about 35 kilometres west of the Kibali Gold Mine. The Nizi Gold Project covers 113 square kilometres under exploitation licence PE 5110 and includes the historic King Leopold underground gold mine. It is located approximately 26.5 kilometres north-northeast of Bunia.

DRC Gold’s activities centre on exploring and advancing these mineral properties. The company also provides information for investors through its investor centre, including presentations, financial reports, annual general meeting materials, webcasts and news releases. Its website shares updates on project developments, corporate governance, management and sustainability, alongside contact information and social media channels.
