## Description

Brand: Legatalk

Legatalk is dedicated to helping children struggling with learning difficulties, specifically in the area of mathematics. Through the Kinder- & Jugendcoachingwochen and specialized coaching, they offer workshops, trainings, and a podcast series aimed at supporting educators, parents, and therapists in understanding and addressing dyscalculia.

The focus of Legatalk's work is on the challenges children with dyscalculia encounter when navigating the decimal system. Their podcast discusses concepts like bundling and unbundling in the decimal system, emphasizing the need for more time and attention to be dedicated to understanding the system. They provide practical tips and strategies for helping children grasp these abstract mathematical concepts, including the use of physical objects and technology to make the learning experience more tangible and engaging.

By taking a patient and flexible approach, and through the combination of tangible examples, individual learning strategies, and supportive technologies, Legatalk empowers educators, parents, and therapists to play a vital role in helping children truly understand the decimal system. Join their upcoming event to learn more about supporting children with learning difficulties.
