## Description

With 25 years of experience across media, technology and financial services, the consultancy helps product, design and technology leaders improve the often-overlooked handoff from strategy through design to code. Its services include AI value realisation, AI operating models and adoption, customer operations, private equity value creation, strategy and evidence, fractional design leadership, and design-system automation. Engagements focus on identifying operational risks, assigning clear ownership and making practical improvements that client teams can sustain. Past work includes evaluating Microsoft Copilot ahead of a wider rollout for EY, designing a wealth management app for JioBlackRock, developing a design operations playbook for Barclays, and creating a shared design system for VMO2 Business. akanoodles also publishes weekday writing on design and AI, and offers a newsletter, project consultations and advisory support. The consultancy is based in the City of London and works with clients on selected projects.
