Arapski kulturni centar is a non-profit, non-governmental organization based in Belgrade, Serbia. Established in early 2017 by Arabic language and literature graduates, the center aims to foster cultural collaboration and exchange between the Republic of Serbia and Arab countries. They achieve this by promoting Arabic culture, customs, traditions, language, literature, as well as contemporary art and culture events in the Arab world. In addition, the center focuses on creating stronger connections between Serbian students and students from Arab countries, providing opportunities for engagement and gaining experience and practice in the center. The Arabic-speaking world consists of more than 22 countries in North Africa and the Middle East where Arabic is the official language. Arabic is classified as a Semitic language and ranks fourth in the world in terms of native speakers. Through courses, concerts, film screenings, theater performances, exhibitions, workshops, lectures, seminars, and other cultural and artistic events, Arapski kulturni centar aims to bring to the local audience the beauty of Arab culture, contributing to the improvement of its global perception.
