## Description

Aktivstall Piendlberg is a horse boarding facility run by Verena and Josef Piendl, built around a holistic, health-conscious approach to equine care. Its concept brings together movement, social contact, rest, fresh air and carefully managed forage to support horses’ everyday needs. The facility is arranged into separate functional areas for feeding, drinking and resting, encouraging horses to move throughout the day. Timed hay feeders, around 40 feeding places and a computer-controlled concentrate station help provide structured, individual feeding. Selective access can also give particular horses entry to a 24-hour hay area when they need additional forage.

The farm produces its own hay, which is carefully harvested and stored, then steamed before feeding to help reduce dust and support hygienic quality. A spacious trail and varied ground surfaces offer opportunities for movement and exploration. Experienced herd management, gradual introductions and ongoing observation help foster compatible groups. Additional care services include blanketing and medication administration, with options included in a complete price or added to the base rate.
