## Description

Alauda Oy is a Finnish advisory company founded in 2018 by Jyrki Kiuru to support small and medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs through ownership succession, business acquisitions, and other corporate arrangements. The company is built around Kiuru’s more than 20 years of professional experience and his work with hundreds of entrepreneurs. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, with a background in auditing at KPMG, financial control at the Bank of Finland, and finance, business management, and development roles at Nordea before becoming an entrepreneur.

Alauda’s approach centers on listening to each client, understanding their circumstances and goals, and finding a suitable solution. Its services include advice and assistance during business transitions and transactions, with guidance and materials presented clearly and reviewed thoroughly with clients. Where possible, the company offers fixed-price service packages. The scope and pricing basis of every assignment are agreed in writing in advance, helping clients understand costs before work begins. Alauda serves both new and existing clients from Helsinki.
