## Description

Culture Days is a vibrant national celebration of arts and culture held annually in Canada. Taking place at the end of September, this initiative draws millions of participants to thousands of free, participatory arts events that are hosted in-person and online. The program encourages hands-on engagement, allowing communities to experience the significance of arts and culture in everyday life.

Expect festivities from September 20 to October 13, 2024, where a diverse range of activities will foster creativity, community, and direct interaction between artists and the public. Culture Days is dedicated to honoring the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on September 30, celebrating the rich cultural landscape of Indigenous communities.

As a registered charity, Culture Days provides support to a wide network of local organizers and communities, helping to build appreciation for the arts throughout urban, suburban, and rural areas. The organization is committed to eliminating barriers to participation, fostering connections, and enhancing understanding of Canada’s cultural heritage through year-round initiatives.
