## Description

Amicale Laïque de Bouguenais Athlétisme, also known as ALB Athlétisme, is a community athletics club based in Bouguenais, France. As the athletics section of the Amicale Laïque de Bouguenais, it welcomes participants interested in track and field, road running and walking activities. Its running programme spans road races from 5 kilometres to the marathon, as well as trail events ranging from nature runs to ultra-trails. The club also offers Nordic walking and Nordic walking for health, alongside youth athletics activities that introduce children to the sport and provide age-group training. Members can access online and paper registration options, training information, club news, photos and videos through the club’s website. ALB Athlétisme also organises events, including the annual Course Nocturne de Bouguenais, which combines running and Nordic walking. Its fourth edition is scheduled for 5 December 2026 at the Croix Jeannette sports complex, with €2 per participant intended for the Téléthon. The club shares race results and welcomes volunteers and donations to support its activities.
