# Alegado Foundation - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `alegadofoundation.org` ## Description The Jacinto-Gaudiosa Alegado Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2007 by descendants of Jacinto and Gaudiosa Alegado, whose values of community, education, and service continue to guide its work. The foundation aims to improve access to health, education, and sustainable livelihood, particularly in remote and underserved communities. Its work is organized around three focus areas. In health, the foundation coordinates medical missions that combine outside assistance with local knowledge and resources. In education, it offers the Alegado Scholarship program and supports fundraisers and drives for school supplies, books, backpacks, recreational equipment, and school building funds. For livelihood, it promotes self-sufficiency through personal health workshops, scholarships, and partnerships with local organizations. The foundation also responds to community needs through projects such as disaster relief and medical missions, including work in the southern Philippines. Three generations of the Alegado family collaborate with volunteers and partners to help children, people who are sick, and older adults, while encouraging environmental stewardship. Donations and community support help fund its programs and projects. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Public Health and Safety _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/alegadofoundation.org) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/amazonsmile) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idJbX9EYLL/w/315/h/75/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792954002026) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idJbX9EYLL/w/1024/h/1024/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792954002319) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Hawkes Blue | #d4effc | accent | | Maroon | #800000 | dark | | Cavern Pink | #e4b9b9 | light | ## Fonts - Poppins — asset _(google)_ - Lato — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
