Alex Novicov is a London-based ultra and trail running coach who helps ambitious athletes, particularly men over 35, prepare for demanding races and reach their potential without sacrificing their health or everyday lives. A certified UESCA Run Coach and British Athletics Coach, as well as a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach, Alex offers personalised one-to-one coaching built around his Durable Athlete Framework.
