## Description

Algosys by Creditchek is a SaaS core banking and lending management platform built for financial institutions in Africa. Following Creditchek’s expansion into East Africa, Algosys provides banks, SACCOs, microfinance institutions, microfinance banks, digital lenders, and other organisations with tools to manage lending and related operations in one workspace. Its capabilities cover the loan lifecycle, including origination, AI-powered credit underwriting, approvals, disbursements, repayment messaging, portfolio analysis, reconciliation, treasury management, and regulatory reporting. The platform also supports savings and deposits, financial reporting, multi-branch operations, and HR and payroll management. Designed for local operating conditions, it offers mobile and USSD access, mobile money payment rails, and offline-capable apps for members and field officers. Institutions can configure products, lending rules, and approval workflows, and connect data sources through REST, SFTP, or database integrations. Algosys includes credit checks, fraud and anomaly detection, multi-currency accounting, and reporting aligned with African regulators and international standards. The platform is based in Kampala, Uganda, and serves institutions across multiple countries.
