## Description

Alice Tew is a BACP Accredited psychotherapist offering online therapy across the UK. With more than a decade of experience, she specialises in helping adults heal from childhood trauma and the effects of growing up with emotionally immature or emotionally unavailable parents. Her work may suit people who struggle with shame, self-criticism, difficult emotions, relationship patterns, or the exhaustion of masking, including neurodivergent adults and people exploring whether they may be neurodivergent. A diagnosis is not required.

Alice uses a humanistic integrative and relational approach, exploring clients’ present-day experiences alongside the relationships and environments that shaped them. She also offers EMDR for experiences that remain emotionally or physically distressing, supporting clients to process what feels unresolved. Her practice aims to be neurodivergent-affirming and works with feelings, bodily experience, and personal patterns, not only what is easy to describe in conversation.

Alongside therapy, Alice provides EMDR supervision and shares insights through her blog and the Too Much, Apparently podcast, co-hosted with fellow therapist Carly Radford.
