Alief ISD Center for Advanced Careers is a leading brand in providing advanced career opportunities for students. With a focus on preparing students for tomorrow's workforce while caring for them today, the center offers a wide range of programs. Students who choose to participate in the high school course pathways at the Career Center will take first or second level courses at their home campuses and complete advanced courses at the center.

The programs currently available at the Alief ISD Center for Advanced Careers include Advanced Architectural Design, Automotive Technology, Construction Technology, Culinary Arts, Digital Design, Electrical Technology, Engineering - Process Technology, Health Science, Industrial Robotics, Information Technology, Veterinary Science, and Welding. For middle school students, they can participate in Alief ISD's Career & Technical Education courses to explore their options for high school. They can choose from three different endorsements: STEM, Business & Industry, or Public Services, and work with the Middle School Transition Counselor to create a four-year plan aligned with their career goals.

High school students can start their path to the Center for Advanced Careers by taking the first level course, which acts as a foundation for their chosen pathway. They can then communicate their interests and continue their pathway with their high school counselor or the Campus Career Advisor. By staying on track and passing all their classes, they can pave the way to a successful future.
