## Description

Alison Collis is a therapist, counsellor, psychotherapist and coach with 20 years of experience supporting people through challenges in important relationships. Based in Nottingham, UK, she works with clients locally and internationally, with a particular focus on couples, nurturing relationships and affairs. Her approach blends psychological disciplines, drawing mostly on the Gottman method and Transactional Analysis.

Alison offers support for couples at different stages and through significant life changes. Services include couples counselling, help after an affair, pre-marital support, the Bringing Baby Home programme and guidance when moving country. She also offers retreats and celebrant services. Her work is centred on the relationship that matters in each client’s life, with options tailored to their circumstances.

Clients can begin with a free Explore Call to discuss their needs and arrange a session. The process includes working together, reviewing progress and agreeing when to end. Alison’s website also provides information about locations and scheduling, fees, frequently asked questions, reviews and a blog.
