## Description

Al-Ithnainiya is a literary and cultural forum founded in Jeddah by Saudi writer and benefactor Abdul Maqsoud Khoja in 1982. Held on Monday evenings at the founder’s home, its gatherings bring together writers, scholars, journalists and other guests from Saudi Arabia and abroad. The forum recognizes distinguished individuals and institutions across a range of fields, and has documented hundreds of award and recognition events throughout its history.

Al-Ithnainiya also serves as a resource for audiences interested in literature and cultural life. Its website features profiles of the founder and honorees, information about current and past events, and a library of publications, including books and collected works issued by the forum. Visitors can explore photo and video collections, with recorded events made available through its YouTube channel; many sessions are uploaded soon after they take place. The organization also offers social media channels, a discussion forum, downloadable materials, and ways to contact the team or subscribe to its mailing list.
