## Description

Alliance Nutrition Group is an international nutrition business with roots in China and the Netherlands. Founded in 1996, it sources, distributes, markets, and manufactures functional nutritional ingredients and consumer products, serving Chinese and international markets. The group brings together expertise in supply partnerships, logistics, production, and the health food industry to support products intended to promote healthier lifestyles.

Its business includes three specialist areas. Prochin markets and trades functional food ingredients, with a focus on specialty dairy, natural ingredients, and omega-3 products for China. Novosana manufactures and refines EPA and DHA omega-3 oils for food and feed applications at its production facility in China. Alliance Consumer Health uses the group’s market knowledge and infrastructure to supply own-brand and third-party consumer goods in nutrition, food, and pharmaceutical categories, including products sold through e-commerce.

Alliance Nutrition Group also manages importing, warehousing, distribution, and supply chains for related product categories. Through its alliances with suppliers and partners, the group connects ingredient expertise and production capabilities with businesses and consumers across multiple markets.
