## Description

Kim Parrent Art, also known as Kim Static, presents the work of Canadian artist Kim Parrent, whose portraits combine expressive drawing, exposed canvas, metallic surfaces, glitter and vivid fluorescent colour. Her paintings draw on wrestling and music culture, reimagining cultural icons with energy, attitude and a distinctive contemporary style. The collections include Lucha Legends, Legends of the Ring, Femme Fatale, Rock & Roll Icons, Handguns and Hellraisers, as well as landscapes and florals.

Collectors can purchase original paintings and signed, numbered limited-edition prints, with examples offered in 12-by-12-inch and 24-by-24-inch formats. Parrent also accepts private commissions. Her work has been exhibited in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, installed at venues including the National Music Centre, Grey Eagle Event Centre and Hitman’s Bar, and featured in books celebrating music and Lucha culture. An upcoming solo exhibition, Ring a Ding Dong Dandy, is scheduled at the Art Gallery of Alberta from October 31, 2026, to January 24, 2027. The studio offers worldwide shipping, appointment-based pickup and collector support.
