## Description

Allpacare is an independent, nursing-led care consultancy based in Dortmund, supporting individuals and families across the Ruhr area through home visits and offering online guidance throughout Germany. Its experienced nursing professionals provide neutral, practical help with applying for a care grade, preparing for and navigating assessments by the Medical Service, reviewing assessment decisions, and challenging a care grade that does not reflect someone’s needs. Support can continue through a reassessment when care needs increase.

The consultancy also serves parents of children with additional support needs, including children with ADHD, autism, type 1 diabetes, epilepsy, developmental delays, Down syndrome, or FASD. It helps families document everyday care needs and prepare for assessments. Allpacare offers mandatory home-based advisory visits for people receiving care allowance under Section 37.3 of Germany’s Social Code XI, as well as home care training under Section 45; these services are covered by the care insurance fund. Additional guidance addresses assistive devices, relief benefits, respite care, and coordinating support with health professionals and services.
