## Description

Alphadog AnimalArmy, established in 2003 and located near Canberra, is a dedicated charity focused on animal rescue and management. Each year, the organization successfully rescues, rehabilitates, and rehomes over 600 domestic animals and native wildlife. Founded by Marcus Fillinger, a military marksman and active reserve Royal Australian Air Force photographer, the charity was born from his passion for Siberian Huskies and his commitment to providing sanctuary for abandoned and at-risk animals.

Alphadog AnimalArmy is home to over 30 rescued huskies, some of which are available for adoption. In addition to animal rescue, the organization specializes in wildlife management, offering services such as chemical immobilization and fertility control, aimed at ethically managing wildlife populations without resorting to culling. Through courses in remote capture techniques, Marcus shares his expertise with volunteers. Committed to ethical practices, every donation supports their mission to help animals in need, making Alphadog AnimalArmy a leader in compassionate animal welfare in Australia.
