The International Alliance of ALS/MND Associations is a global organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), also known as MND (Motor Neuron Disease). Our mission is to create a world free of ALS/MND through various initiatives and resources. As an Alliance, we provide a range of services to support people living with ALS/MND, as well as their caregivers. Our offerings include fundamental rights advocacy, research advancements, clinical care support, and resources for family and caregivers. We also focus on technology innovations, expanded access to treatments, and genetic counseling. For health professionals, we offer guidance on breaking the news about ALS/MND and organize events and programs to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration. Furthermore, we actively promote awareness and raise funds through events and programs such as the Global Day, March of Faces, and the International Symposium on ALS/MND. Join us in our mission to improve the lives of those affected by ALS/MND and work towards a world without this devastating disease.
