## Description

AltaSec is an EU-based testing service that assesses AI chatbots and voice agents for quality and security. It helps organisations identify problems before customers encounter them and judge whether an agent is ready to launch. AltaSec tests agents before launch, after changes and at each release, without requiring access to their code.

The service covers the languages and channels an organisation uses. Simulated customers and attackers test agents through chat and voice, while fixed checks, AI judges and native speakers evaluate responses. For voice agents, AltaSec examines hearing, understanding and speaking separately to help pinpoint failures. Testing looks for inaccurate answers, invented policies, language and tone issues, mishandled speech, prompt injection and exposure of sensitive information.

Customers receive an AltaSec Passport with go, review or no-go verdicts for each task, language and channel, along with evidence, suggested fixes and a record of what could not be tested. Failures become permanent tests that can be run again after updates.
